HOW DO I CHECKOUT?

Once you've added all of your items into the shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your page. Review the list of items in your cart to make sure everything is correct, then click on the checkout button. From there you will be prompted to enter your payment information, which will finalize your order.

The products sold on our site are intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?  

Yes. Free shipping is automatically placed on orders over $500 (subtotal).


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Every product we offer is custom made after the order is placed. It takes about 7-10 business days to process, make, and ship out most orders. Shipping rates and delivery times depend on the shipping options you select at checkout.


WILL I GET MY ORDER IN ONE SHIPMENT?  

No, not always. Many of our products are made in different locations. So your order may be split into multiple packages, if the products are coming from more than one location.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number(s) for your package. You may track your order at any time by using the tracking number that was emailed to you.


RECEIVED INCORRECT PRODUCT?

Please email contact@onuorahcouture.com with a picture of the incorrect item(s) in your order. The incorrect item(s) must still be in its packaging. After we confirm the order is incorrect, we will send you the correct item and allow you to keep the other items for the inconvenience.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Being that our items are custom made, we have a no return policy. If we allowed returns, we would have to charge our customers a significant restocking fee. We understand that mistakes can happen. So if we make any mistakes with your order, we will be sure to accommodate you for the inconvenience.
